Hello!! My name is Sigrunn Underwood. I am currently a third grade EIP teacher at Stonewall Tell Elementary School in College Park, Georgia. I have worked in the field of education as a paraprofessional, pre-school teacher and certified teacher for eighteen years. All of my teaching experiences have ranged from Pre-Kindergarten to Third Grade. I currently hold a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education. My hobbies include making jewelry and sewing. I also have interests in children's literature, photography, ballroom dancing, playing the guitar and interior decorating. My favorite past times include shopping, traveling, moviegoing and spending time with family and friends.
As an educator, it is my sincere desire to touch as many lives as possible in a positive way. I want to enrich their lives by encouraging them to take responsibility for, as well as, full advantage of the opportunity to be educated. I hope to alter the lives of all of the children and parents that I serve. I hope to be a source of empowerment and knowledge for all.
